Tax Credit

Thank You For Your Consideration!

If you are the parent of an orchestra student the very best way you can support the orchestras is by encouraging your child to practice his or her instrument in a smart fashion, making sure to better their playing with each practice session.

We all want these students to have the best opportunities available to them in the music world.  Orchestra is a cross-curricular organization. This means it is both academic and activity based. Students are graded in a classroom setting, but the orchestras also perform at various music festivals, similar to athletics participating in games and championships.

This kind of multi-level organization needs supporters of both financial and givers of time to help the groups participate at the highest of levels.  Booster can be parents, or friends of the orchestras.

Who is a Booster?
If you are the parent of an orchestra student you are part of the booster organization.  The Casteel Orchestra Program is proud and thankful for the generosity of parents to help make the orchestra activities successful.

We have an executive board (see names below), which makes final decisions and spearheads activities with all boosters (parents). Non-executive board meetings are open to all parents.  Watch this space for important booster dates.

When we have events or need to quickly contact parents, having your information would be very helpful.  If you are willing to participate in the activities and be aware of booster activities, please fill out the following survey.  Thank you for your participation!
